Having spent around 18 months organising my own wedding which took place in June 2012, I was so disappointed with the range of vendors out there when it came to picking the perfect wedding DJ.
Nothing suited our needs or was quirky enough to have our guests talk about and remember our big day. My other half Kirsten wouldn’t settle for anything less than perfect.
So short of DJ’ing at my own wedding, I decided to set up Essential DJs to fill a gap in the market and to provide the perfect reception entertainment for our big day.
Step forward Ricky K… (Amazing job by the way.) Along with Ricky and myself – Essential DJs was born.
Put simply, we are extremely passionate DJs who have been working solo professionally for upwards of 10 years each as wedding DJs, mobile jocks, radio presenters and nightclub residents.
Over the years we’ve grown from self employed DJs into a Northern Ireland wide wedding entertainment service and beyond performing for weddings as far a field as London, Dublin, Sweden, Australia and New Zealand.
